Contact & quote

Describe the project in plain language and we will turn it into the right next step.

You can write about a ready-made product, an STL file, a quick customization or a custom piece for a desk, garage, service point or brand display. The most important part is the use case and the place where the object should work.

Ready-made product

I found something close in the shop

Best when you want a ready product, a small change or a print based on an existing model.

Own file

I already have STL / OBJ / GLB

Best when the file exists and you need a print, a check of printability or a slightly improved version.

Custom project

I have an idea, a photo or a sketch

Best when no ready-made product is close enough and the project should start from the use case instead of a catalog base.

Short run / brand

I need a QR stand, display or a small branded run

Best for reception desks, salons, detailing, events and other use cases where a small object shapes the brand impression.

Inquiry in English or from abroad

A simple brief in English is enough. Describe the goal, the place of use, approximate size and quantity. You do not need to translate the whole problem into technical language.

Example message start

Hello, I need a custom 3D printed desk accessory / QR stand / display. It will be used for ... The approximate size is ... I need ... pieces. Please let me know the best next step.

When to use the contact route instead of the shop

This is the better option when the project is not fully standard, the quantity matters or the object should support a brand, a service point or a custom setup.

  • the product should fit a very specific device or place
  • you need a short run instead of a single print
  • you already have inspiration but not a finished model

Send inquiry

Share as much as you know now. In many cases a similar product, the use case, approximate size and quantity are enough.

Supported: STL, OBJ, GLB, GLTF and photos. Max 50 MB. You can also simply send a photo of the place of use.

What helps us reply faster

Not everything at once. Two or three concrete details are usually enough.

  • what the product should do and where it will be used
  • approximate size or a photo of the place of use
  • how many pieces you need: one, a few or a short run
  • whether this is an existing product, a modification or a new design from scratch
If you can see a similar model in the shop, simply write its name or paste the link. That is usually the shortest route.

Quick contact

If you do not want to start with the form, a short message is enough: “I need a garage sign”, “I want a bit organizer” or “I have STL and need a print”.

What you can expect in our reply

Specific and realistic, without promising impossible deadlines.

Check whether a ready base already exists
In many cases it is possible to start from a shop model or the generator instead of building everything from zero.
Initial material and execution direction
You get guidance on whether PLA, PETG, a simple print, a customization or a short run is the better route.
A clear next step
Download STL, order a print, request a model edit or move into a fuller brief.

Common questions before the first message

Short and without unnecessary technical jargon.

Do I need exact dimensions?
No. A good photo of the place of use or an approximate range is enough to start.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes. At the same time, many projects can grow into a short run for a brand or service point.
Can I send only inspiration?
Yes. A link to a similar product, a photo or a sketch is much better than waiting in silence.
