How to order

You do not need a customer account to order a product, a print or a custom variant.

This page turns the former account placeholder into a real guide: where to start, what usually happens next, what can be customized and when the best route is the shop, the generator or direct contact.

How to order from BienPrints

Choose the shortest route

Each route should lead to a concrete next step instead of sending you around the site.

1. Shop
Best for ready-made products and a quick sense of the direction and starting price.
2. Generator
Best when you want to change a caption, a size, a QR, a layout or preview an STL-based product in 3D.
3. Contact
Best when you already have your own idea, a photo, a sketch, an STL file or a short-run request for a brand.

What you usually get

Only what is realistically supported, without inflated promises.

Fast reply
Most inquiries are answered within one business day.
Customization
Possible changes include captions, dimensions, layout, QR, mounting holes or a different base variant.
Your own files
You can send STL, OBJ, GLB, photos or a simple description of the use case.

Payment and quote

The shop shows starting prices. The final quote depends on material, size, quantity, finish and deadline. Custom work is confirmed after the brief.

Lead time

Many simpler orders fit roughly within 2–7 business days after confirming the scope. Short runs and more custom work may need a separate timeline.

Shipping and responsibility

If an issue comes from the client file or unrealistic design assumptions, the first step is feedback and a proposed fix. Formal rules are available in terms and claims.
